Imelda Anne Juba found herself in new Neighborhood

This fall, Neighborhood Services, 134 S. Prince St., marked its 40th year as a social services agency dedicated to improving the lives of local residents.

In an indirect way, Imelda Anne Juba includes herself among the thousands of people who have benefited from the non-profit's programs.

Juba is executive assistant at the agency and recently was named the executive coordinator of the federal Weed and Seed project, an anti-crime, anti-drug program that also provides education and job services to youth and adults.
