In Elizabethtown Fair's petting zoo Wednesday night, a pair of wide-bodied goat kids butted heads several times to the delight of children who, moments before, were stroking their soft backs.

A young, red-haired girl ran screaming from a placid ewe but, after a few panicked steps, realized the sheep posed no threat. Blushing (and hoping her parents hadn't seen), the girl knelt down and gave her full attention to a wobbly kneed Holstein calf that had just settled into the hay.
