Society completes map project; Reproductions offered for research, sale

Four historic wall maps of Lancaster City and Lancaster County have been digitally reproduced and are now available for study or purchase at the Lancaster County Historical Society, 230 N. President Ave.

The reproductions are of 1858 and 1874 maps of Lancaster City and 1851 and 1860 maps of Lancaster County.

The Ressler Mill Foundation provided a $4,654 grant to digitally reproduce the maps. The reproductions were created by Lancaster Ultragraphics Inc. of Landisville.
