The ancient Greek anti-war play "Lysistrata" is being drafted into
modern service at 7:30 p.m. Monday, March 3, at Mulberry Art Studios,
21 N. Mulberry St.
The dramatic reading is part of the Lysistrata Project, an
International Theatre Artists' Protest Against War With Iraq. Theater
artists in 318 cities and 28 countries are raising their collective
voice in protest by offering readings of "Lysistrata" on the same day
in the first worldwide theater event for peace.
