Investigators seek cause of fire that killed farmer

A 41-year-old Clay Township farmer died Monday afternoon when a fast-moving fire destroyed the chicken house where he was working.

Ezra G. Sensenig, of 490 W. Weidmanville Road, was pronounced dead at the scene after firefighters pulled his body from beneath a tractor and charred debris from the building, officials said.

He is survived by his wife and nine children, a neighbor said.
