Tina Grove of Columbia is not your average taxidermist because
Tina:
a.) is a woman.
b.) does not hunt or fish.
Asked how she became interested in taxidermy, Grove said, "I took
graphic arts in school and didn't like it because it basically
involved computer work and I enjoy hands-on artistry."
She said she attended a sportsmen's show with her husband and
"really liked the taxidermy I saw. I started reading about taxidermy
and researching it on the Web."
Those factors, added to the fact that her family and her husband
are avid sportsmen, caused Grove to decide that taxidermy was a good ...
