Sir James Goldsmith's recent attack on the Uruguay Round agreement {Outlook, Sept. 25} deserves a strong rebuttal. His allegation that developing countries will be devastated by the agricultural reform brought about by the Uruguay Round is completely unfounded. In fact, as a group, the developing countries will be among the greatest beneficiaries of this historic agreement.
