Sharon Allen-Hamilton is president of the Lancaster Education Association. A Lancaster resident, she serves as chairperson of the Lincoln Middle School Site Council. Skilled in advocacy, special events and mentoring, her interests include health care.

Scott Badger is vice president of finance at Qualipak Inc. A Lancaster resident, he chairs the Challenger Little League's annual golf outing fund-raiser, is a volunteer and sponsor for the Cystic Fibrosis "Taste of the Town," and serves St. ...
