Steven Brill's ignorance is exceeded only by his sexist arrogance in suggesting that unfounded lawsuits be renamed "Paula Jones Disease" {op-ed, June 5}. His proposed "solution" - that the loser in harassment cases pay legal fees and court costs to the victor - makes the ludicrous assumption that women pressing true claims of harassment and abuse routinely receive a fair hearing under the civil or criminal judicial system.
