Sometimes it is hard being a forgotten sport. Last week in Seville, where Britain's diving squad were preparing for this week's World Championships in Barcelona, even the pool staff were suffering from amnesia. The 11-strong team arrived for a pre-booked morning training session on Wednesday to find all the springboards had been removed and the water in the process of being drained.
