Jeremy Paxman ready to storm Buckingham Palace TV inquisitor will put the Royal Family under scrutiny for a new book on the monarchy

THE NEWS will send a tremor through the corridors of Buckingham
Palace. Jeremy Paxman, the Rottweiler of television and the scourge
of Westminster, is turning his inquisitorial attention on the Royal
Family.
Mr Paxman, who has terrorised hesitant politicians for more than a
decade in his role as presenter of BBC2's Newsnight, is writing a
book on the monarchy.
The book, which is to be published next year, will examine the
role of the Royal Family and the hereditary principle in modern
society.
