|
In health care reform, few words or deeds of Hillary Clinton have matched the boldness of her bouncing the White House chef, Pierre Chambrin. His high-fat French cooking meant that no measuring cup was too large for the heavy cream, oil and butter needed to mimic the prettified but unhealthy cuisine of Paris. The White House kitchen had become a coronary danger zone, with none of the Clintons' arteries - nor their guests' - safe from Chef Pierre's plaque jobs.
