Sino-Japanese ties key to regional peace

Regional and world peace and stability are largely decided by relationships between the world's major powers.

There is no doubt that the policies and security co-operation of China and Japan, two key powers in East Asia, will decide to a large extent the peace and stability in this region in the 21st century.
