Council to vote on Painter's job
|
Joseph Painter faced a precarious situation when he walked into
Watertown last October. Hired as town manager by one Town Council,
Painter had to serve a reconstituted council that includes only two
people who initially voted for him.
Recently, a faction of councilors has begun saying that Painter
doesn't fit the bill. At Tuesday's council meeting, he will face a
motion that he be fired.
