"Burke's Law" was one of the first shows Aaron Spelling ever produced, and one of the few good ones. Spelling hadn't fully developed his talents as panderer, sleazemonger and general public nuisance in 1963, when "Law" premiered.

The old boy was still something of an amateur at insulting the intelligence of the American public. Oh, what happy times they were!

Now, however, in what looks for all the world like a desperation gesture, Spelling is attempting to revive the show....
