Plans for the construction of a regulation 18-hole municipal golf course are moving along through a proposal by the Norfolk Golf Committee.

After looking at several possible sites, it appears the golf committee has made a choice. Which site will be the one isn't something the committee is willing to discuss publicly, because members are still in the final stages of price negotiations with the property's owner, said Joseph Byrne, golf committee member.
