Not so long ago, Roberta Rosen's lunch would have been very
different. There would have been bread, lots of bread, from Iggy's,
the Watertown bakery that Rosen calls her "downfall": a crusty
cranberry-pecan loaf, maybe, or those tempting breadsticks covered
with sesame seeds.
Or perhaps she would have had toasted pita bread with melted
Cheddar cheese, extra sharp, and a few hot peppers. Or bagels and
