BOAT GLUT A RISING ECONOMY NOT ONLY LIFTS ALL BOATS, IT PRODUCES MORE OF THEM THAN THE WATERFRONT CAN HOLD.

A t first glance, they were the picture of Cape Cod summer: two
boats tethered to their moorings within the snug, sheltered waters of
Falmouth Inner Harbor. The 22-foot sloop Vixen was ahead of Tautog, a
cute little power launch with an inboard engine and a shine
indicating someone loved her.
