FOXBOROUGH - The former president of South Vietnam isn't telling the public his thoughts on the 25th anniversary of the fall of Saigon, which is also the anniversary of his own fall from power.

Nguyen Van Thieu isn't even answering his doorbell.

Once a world leader, Thieu now apparently wants to be known only as an anonymous Asian immigrant who waves to neighbors when he walks his dog on the Foxborough street where he lives.
