PORK CHOPS WITH ORANGE-RADISH SALSA

Humble pork chops are elevated by this simple salsa.

2 cups orange juice

1/3 cup lime juice

1/3 cup packed brown sugar

1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained, orange segments cut in half (or 3 medium oranges, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1/4-inch pieces)

1/4 cup chopped red onion

1/4 cup diced radishes

2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro

4 center-cut pork chops
