HAMPTON BEACH, N.H. -- There is a way, I'm sure, that the English
prog-rock warhorse Jethro Tull could put on one top-notch show. That
the band doesn't do it may be a case of ignorance, obstinacy, or just
dogged perversity, but here's what Tull did Wednesday night at the
packed-to-the-gills Hampton Beach Casino for the kickoff of its 1999
