The story of the Baal Shem Tov, who founded the Hasidic movement in
Judaism, is one of light and hope, an appropriate tale to be spun at
Hanukkah, which begins this year on Tuesday. It's a simple tale,
according to storyteller Doug Lipman, who will perform "The Soul of
Hope: An Epic Tale of the Baal Shem Tov" tonight at 7 at the
Cambridge Multicultural Arts Center. But it has been a long and
