DENNIS -- When Bob and Fausta Lynch first started going to the Cape Cinema, it was a one-man operation, and they were worried that the theater wouldn't make it.

"He used to run the projector, take the tickets, make the popcorn," Fausta Lynch, of Providence and West Dennis, said.

She was talking about Eric Hart, the owner of the popular, 300-seat art film house on the grounds of the Cape Playhouse. Today, the Lynches needn't worry -- movie-going, always a popular summer past...
