`Dharma' sparkles with hippy-dippy fun

"Dharma & Greg" is a new romantic sitcom with plenty of sparkle.
Mostly, that's thanks to Jenna Elfman, dippy and wonderful as Dharma
Finkelstein, yoga instructor and citizen of the cosmos. Dharma is a
space cadet like Lisa Kudrow in "Friends" but without the fashionably
ironic bite. "Is this a wild universe or what?" she exclaims
