MANSFIELD -- The talk of the town yesterday was about the previous night's free jug band concert, the Little League playoffs, and the aches and pains of the middle-aged men playing hoops in the Memorial Park series.

Oh yes, and there was also the cocaine, crack, and marijuana crackdown that had just netted 27 suspects, including a mailman, a teacher, and the local high school football star.

That kind of thing just isn't supposed to happen in an upper middle-class suburb like Man...
