Lotus leases in Westford to expand Notes division
|
Lotus Development Corp. is leasing 110,000 square feet at 7
Westford Technology Park in Westford for the expansion of its Notes
division.
Considered one of the largest build-to-suit transactions of the
year, the lease allows Lotus to later increase the space to 160,000
square feet. The facility will be leased from the Gutierrez Cos.
Ground was broken late last month and occupancy is expected next
spring. Lotus now operates Notes at One Westford Technology Park.
