Nairn forgot after she was cracked on the head by a shattering carbon
fiber spinnaker pole on the way to beating Dennis Conner's Stars &
Stripes in America's Cup trials the other day.
"Somebody said I forgot my own name but I don't think that's
really true," said the 29-year-old bowman on the mostly women's team
on Mighty Mary, who is still a little fuzzy about details of the
incident.
