|
SURRY, Maine -- Early in the morning, just before entering the
small wooden cottage where he works, Janwillem van de Wetering always
pauses to contemplate the elegantly simple sand pattern of the tiny
Japanese garden beside the door. "It helps clear the eye," he says.
