AUBURN -- Six months after Elizabeth and David Clark adopted
Eugenya from a Russian orphanage, the 7-year-old looked up from the
living room couch one afternoon and asked why her sister had been
left behind.
It was a question that triggered a year of grinding efforts to
bring the child to the United States, and finally, a reunion last
week.
The Clarks, who have two sons, adopted Eugenya in the fall of
1992, thinking she was an only child. To their surprise, officials
