PEMBROKE -- They should call it Survival of the Fittest.

Nonetheless, it is a sport everyone can compete in and enjoy.

It is aerobics, and the Amateur Athletic Union Regional Aerobic Championship is being held Saturday at the USA Health & Fitness Center on Oak Street in Pembroke.
