Everybody says that the future of Jerusalem will be the last and toughest nut to crack, so when I was in town a couple of weeks ago, I dropped by to see the man who is arguably the most famous mayor in the world: Teddy Kollek. He's 82 now and is slowing up a bit. But he's still in charge of the city he's been running since 1965.
