FREE ADMISSION SUGGESTED FOR RAYNHAM 'INCONVENIENCE'

The Massachusetts Racing Commission has recommended that
Raynham Park offer free admission on an upcoming night as a makeup
to those who were "inconvenienced" by a controversial race July 7.
In the 11th race, 1-2 favorite Fabled Alar was not placed in
the No. 8 box until the lure was in motion. He finished seventh.
However, Fabled Alar was legally in the box before it opened
and those who bet on him were out of luck.
