ATLANTA - Rev. Hosea Williams said he missed the funeral of
Rev. Ralph David Abernathy because he was injured in an altercation
while trying to visit the ailing civil rights leader.
Rev. Williams and Rev. Abernathy's son, state Rep. Ralph
David Abernathy 3d, both acknowledged that a clash occurred the
week before Rev. Abernathy died on April 17, but they gave
