BELGRADE - The Nonaligned Movement ended its ninth summit
conference early today after adopting a resolution calling for the
release of all hostages.
The four-day conference of 102 nations was attended by about
50 heads of state and a dozen prime ministers. It was due to end
yesterday, but delays brought on by wrangling between hard-liners
and moderates kept the summit going until after 1 a.m. today.
