COURT ORDER PREVENTS SALE BY LEADING EDGE

Financially pressed Leading Edge Products Inc. of Canton has been ordered to refrain from transferring or selling any of its assets. The order follows the company's disclosure Wednesday that it signed an agreement to sell its name and primary business to PC Systems, a Florida-based computer dealer.

A temporary restraining order was granted yesterday in Middlesex Superior Court prohibiting the sale of assets to PC Systems until further order of the court.
