CHRIS WARNKEN, 74 WAS ROSICRUCIAN ORDER FIGURE

SAN JOSE, Calif. - Memorial services are planned for
Sunday, July 19, for Chris R. Warnken, 74, past Grand Master of the
Ancient Mystical Order Rosae Crucis, known as the Rosicrucian
Order, who died Thursday after a long illness.
Mr. Warnken was named Grand Master of the order in 1968 and
retired in 1977. He also promoted the development of Esperanto as a
common international language.
