FALLON SET TO LAUNCH MASSIVE EXPANSION

Fallon Community Health Plan, until recently a small, regional
player in the Massachusetts healthcare market, will today disclose a
westward expansion from its base in Worcester, with plans to
ultimately offer health insurance coverage in neighboring states.
The expansion into Franklin, Hampden, and Hampshire counties
mirrors a push started last year to extend Fallon's network of
doctors and hospitals into Eastern Massachusetts. Eric H. Schultz,
Fallon's chief executive, said that move was just the beginning of
the insurer's expansion efforts.
