LIONS TOP WAYLAND IN FIFTH OT

In the longest lacrosse game he can recall, Alan Rotatori's Newton
South team beat Wayland, 8-7, yesterday on a goal from Phil Cimino in
the fifth overtime at Newton.
It was the Lions' fourth win in as many games this season.
"I've been coaching for 17 years and I've never been past two
overtimes," Rotatori said. "That was, by far, the most incredible
display I have ever seen."
The Dual County League foes were tied, 3-3, at the half, but
Wayland (1-3) took control, scoring three goals in the third quarter.
Newton South rallied in the fourth and trailed, 7-6, with less than
