BILL WOULD REQUIRE PARENTS' OK OF SEX EDUCATION CLASSES

Worried that many parents have no idea how explicit classroom
discussions of the birds and the bees have become, several area
residents are backing a state bill that would mandate parental
notification and approval before students receive sex education
instruction.
Massachusetts law currently allows parents to take their children
