As director of the Stow Council on Aging, Linda Graves has seen
many older people benefit from the generosity of the Stow Community
Chest.
One of the most memorable was an elderly woman who refused to take
advantage of council services, including discounted podiatry
treatments, and refused to say why.
Graves and her staff kept in touch with the woman, who finally,
