Very few of us will ever see "Breaking News," even though it's a sharp new drama in a summer season - our third - that is lousy with reality TV.

That's because "Breaking News" will find its berth on Bravo, a cable channel whose viewership, like most cable channels, is but a micro-sliver of the Nielsen pie.
