ANIMAL WATCH; Box Turtle Is Shelter's First Visitor

; Eisenhower Ave., 4100 block, April 27. A stray, crippled box turtle was the first animal admitted to the Alexandria animal shelter's new location at 4101 Eisenhower Ave. The turtle had lost a foot, but the injury was old and had healed. The turtle was released in a protected wildlife habitat. --
