Alexandra Dane Dor-Ner, a photographer and writer who lived in
Brookline, died of brain cancer Wednesday at Youville Hospital in
Cambridge. She was 43.
Ms. Dor-Ner's award-winning photographs have been exhibited in the
Smithsonian Institution in Washington and her articles and pictures
were published in books, periodicals and newspapers around the world.
She also produced educational programs about child development.
