Harvard's lightweight heavyweight Rachel Green's life focuses on her rowing

CAMBRIDGE -- When Rachael Green hung up her running shoes in favor of rowing at the start of her college career, she had no idea how difficult the transition would be.

"It's so funny," said the Harvard University junior, "because when you start off rowing, you're so bad, you're horrible. . . . But you like it because it's still fun. And when you get better, you realize how horrible it was at the beginning and then you wonder how you stuck with it because it was that bad."
