ALAMEDA _ Winds gusting above 40 miles per hour on San Franisco Bay have forced cancellation of Habor Bay - San Francisco ferry service this morning. Passengers can take the Oakland - San Francisco ferry instead, ferry service spokesman Ernest Sanchez said. The Oakland ferry, which departs from Jack London Square, is a much larger boat and can handle rougher weather.
