Now that The Post's "Letter From Chicago" {"Putting a Myth Out to Pasture," Oct. 29} has restored Mrs. O'Leary's good name and has helped shift the blame for the Great Chicago Fire elsewhere, I wonder how many readers know that the storied Chicago conflagration was second in destructiveness to another fire on the same date 126 years ago.
