The only thing more apt than getting a Michael York type to play King Arthur is getting Michael York, which the new touring production of "Camelot" was lucky enough to do.

York, whose stage chops go back to the '60s and London's National Theatre under the reign of Laurence Olivier, is convincingly pure of heart as the legendary English king, whose loyalty and ethical fiber are tested in this stiff, stuffy Lerner and Loewe musical paying a week-long visit to Wolf Trap.
