Ashley 'set to surprise City with 250m'

SPORTS Direct International, the troubled retailer controlled by
billionaire Mike Ashley, could surprise the market by revealing
profits for the year to June of 250 million, according to house
broker Merrill Lynch.
A note from Merrill today is the first serious attempt by the
City to offer an analysis of the company's prospects since it
