BET celebrates the '70s with new musical revue

Chicago's Black Ensemble Theater Company is celebrating the 1970s with its new musical revue, Those Sensuous Seductive '70s, now playing at the theater, 4520 N. Beacon.

The show, written and directed by Jackie Taylor, will run in repertory with "Memphis Soul (The Story of Stax Records)."

The new musical showcases the biggest hits of the 1970s, including "What's Goin' On" (Marvin Gaye), "Last Dance" (Donna Summer), "I'll Be There" (the Jacksons) and more.
