Germantown - Officials here are considering a rare move that could take millions of property tax dollars from the Milwaukee Area Technical College District and move them to the Fond du Lac-based Moraine Park Technical College District.

The move, if it were made today, would result in a reduction of about 23% in the technical college portion of Germantown property tax bills.
